IGBINOSUN IDOWU PETER
Chairman & Chief Executive Officer
Born into the Royal Family of Evboesi, Orhionmwon LGA, Edo State, IGBINOSUN IDOWU PETER is a seasoned agribusiness expert with over 30 years of leadership in agriculture, consultancy, and corporate governance. He holds a degree in Agric extension and Management and a post graduate in Business Administration. He is a certified Auditor in Environmental and Quality Management Systems.
He currently serves as the pioneer National President of the National Rubber Producers, Processors, and Marketers Association of Nigeria (NARPPMAN), and He sits in the Industrial Advisory Panel of International rubber study group in Singapore.
His professional career includes 22 years with Michelin Development Company, where he held senior leadership roles across production, maintenance, agriculture, and project management. He is also a practicing farmer and published author, with notable works including Outgrower Rubber Plantation Establishment and Exploitation (2016) and Investing in Rubber Value Chain in Nigeria (2020).
With extensive local and international experience, he has presented at numerous seminars and workshops and serves on the boards of five reputable Nigerian companies. Through PMIS Nig. Ltd, he continues to drive growth in agriculture, human capacity development, and agro-consultancy across Nigeria.
PETER ODOSA NOSA
General Duties Director
Peter Odosa Nosa is a results-driven professional with a multidisciplinary background spanning operations management, diagnostic imaging, data analysis, and organizational development. His foundation in diagnostic imaging, a discipline that demands precision, technical expertise, and strict adherence to process, has shaped his ability to work in highly structured, detail-sensitive environments.
Peter has developed strong competence in project management, administrative systems, and data analysis, enabling him to support complex projects with efficiency and clarity. His analytical approach to problem-solving allows him to translate raw data into practical, actionable insights that drive organizational improvement.
In his role as General Duties Director at PMIS NIG. LTD, Peter provides strategic operational support across departments, ensuring seamless workflow execution, effective resource management, and interdepartmental collaboration. He plays a critical role in supporting leadership with data-backed recommendations, helping the company maintain its reputation for delivering reliable, high-impact agro-consultancy and infrastructure solutions across Nigeria. His passion for continuous learning, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence make him a key contributor to the success of PMIS NIG. LTD.
BARRISTER ALEX EGHOSA AGANMWONYI
Legal Services
Barrister Alex Eghosa Aganmwonyi is a seasoned legal practitioner and corporate advisor with extensive experience in property law, corporate practice, and general legal consultancy. He holds both an LLB and LLM and is a Solicitor and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.
Alex is the Principal Counsel of Eghosa Aganmwonyi & Co, a reputable law firm with a focus on property and corporate legal services. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (Benin Branch), an AAR practitioner, and an executive member of the Benin Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines, and Agriculture (BENCCIMA).
With several years of experience in legal practice, Alex provides PMIS NIG. LTD with expert legal guidance, ensuring regulatory compliance, protecting company interests, and supporting corporate growth.
OKUNBOR OSAHON
Financial Consultant
Okunbor Osahon is an accomplished finance professional and strategic advisor with over a decade of experience leading multidisciplinary teams across financial management, strategic project planning, and management consultancy. He specializes in building sustainable operational frameworks for organizations, ensuring effective project delivery, performance management, and financial control.
Osahon holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and a Master’s Degree in Accounting & Finance. He is an Associate member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). He is currently pursuing a PhD, further deepening his expertise in financial management and strategic business planning.
With extensive expertise spanning accounting, tax management, assurance, advisory, supply chain operations, and internal control, Osahon provides financial oversight and strategic guidance to PMIS NIG. LTD, supporting the company’s growth and operational excellence.
BISHOP M.A.I. OSADOLOR
Coordinator, Outsourcing and Agency Services
Bishop M.A.I. Osadolor is an accomplished finance and management professional with decades of experience in corporate governance, financial administration, and organizational development. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Benin, alongside an Advanced Diploma in Management from Lagos.
His career has spanned roles as an external auditor with Patricia Idugboe & Co., an accountant with the Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria (HQ), and Corporate Planning Manager with Globe Shipping Lines Nigeria Ltd., where he retired as Deputy General Manager, Finance and Administration.
Bishop Osadolor’s achievements include developing operational manuals and accounting systems for leading organizations, incorporating Harvard Savings and Loans Ltd., and organizing high-level management retreats for prominent firms. At PMIS NIG. LTD, he brings his wealth of experience in financial systems, corporate planning, and organizational structure to oversee outsourcing and agency services, ensuring operational efficiency and strategic growth.
AJIFERUKE BUKUNMI DAVID
Company Architect
Bukunmi David Ajiferuke is a skilled Architect with extensive experience in the design and supervision of large-scale institutional, commercial, and residential projects across Nigeria. He holds a Bachelor of Technology in Architecture from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomosho.
Bukunmi has contributed to major construction projects for leading institutions, including Edo State University, Ekiti State University, and Osun State University, overseeing design compliance, project coordination, and on-site supervision. His expertise ensures that projects meet the highest standards of functionality, quality, and design integrity.
