P-MAN Integrated Services Nigeria Ltd (PMIS NIG. LTD) is a wholly indigenous company registered under Nigerian law. We are committed to transforming agriculture, construction, and human capital development through innovative, sustainable, and impact-driven services.
Since inception, we’ve grown from a plantation-focused operation into a multi-sector service provider delivering value to clients across Nigeria. Our work spans farm establishment, agro-consultancy, civil infrastructure, agricultural engineering, and capacity-building solutions, all tailored to deliver lasting results for individuals, institutions, and communities.

2017 | PMIS NIG. LTD is founded and registered as a corporate entity in Nigeria |
2018 | Developed a ₦1.8 Billion business plan for a 524.5-hectare rubber plantation intercropped with yam for Cemilia Resorts and Farms Ltd, Edo State. |
2019 – 2025 | Ongoing consultancy for over 50 farmers in Edo and Ogun States in plantation agriculture and arable farming. |
2020 – 2025 | Trained over 560 farmers and intending farmers across four states in plantation agriculture, intercropping, and annual/perennial crops. |
2021 | Established a Human Capacity Development Centre for the continuous training and retraining of farmers, including practical demonstrations on project farms. |
2022 – 2025 | -Consultant to Okomu Oil Palm Company PLC for: – EUDR compliance in rubber sourcing and purchase – GPS mapping and documentation – Product tracing, environmental compliance, and training of aggregators and farmers. |
2023 | -Consultant to Imoniyame Holdings Ltd for: – Due diligence on estate rubber plantations – Recruitment and training of managers and supervisors – Turnaround management of plantations – Establishment of a tapping school – Development of a business plan for 5,000 hectares of rubber plantation. |
2023 | Became a major supplier of latex cups and spouts to the Rubber Research Institute of Nigeria (RRIN), Edo State. |
2018 – 2025 | Assisted individuals and corporate organizations to acquire farmland for agribusinesses. |
2024 | Managing own 45-hectare rubber plantation, 10.4 hectares for Luckyfad Enterprises, and 3.5 acres of plantain plantation in Edo State. |
2024 | Established a 20-hectare oil palm plantation for a private farmer in Edo State. |
2018 – 2025 | Continuous supply of fertilizers, chemicals, and tapping tools to farmers across Nigeria. |
